Lovely clean beautiful hotel. Great location.
I liked the location as we were attending an event at the Motorpoint Arena. The staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were clean. Loved the decor. Liked that there was a walk in shower as I have trouble climbing into a bath. Liked that we got discounted parking rates. £20 for two days is ok.

Lovely location, very friendly staff, really comfortable bed and lovely airy bright room. Especially loved the complimentary items, particularly the Nespresso machine and the drinks fridge.

The staff was incredible! I was greeted by Sofia at Check-in and she was extremely helpful.
I greatly appreciated the nice gesture of upgrading my room to a bigger sized one. It had everything I could ever need (including iron and board) and the mattress was very comfortable. I had a very good night's sleep!
The building and rooms decoration have a lot of character. Loved it!
